Don’t miss this rarely seen ballet rendition of the family classic Wizard of Oz! Created by Gay Porter, Artistic Director of the Charlotte Youth Ballet, with musical score by the late Loonis McGlohon, this spectacular event will thrill all ages with its talented performers, beautiful sets and exciting special effects. Guest artists Marena Perez and Jose Rodriguez, principals of the Ballet National de Puerto Rico, will dazzle audiences with their presence. Also joining the cast are Aureo Andino and Odemar Occasio (Ballet National de Puerto Rico), and Michael Crawford out of New York City. Charlotte’s beloved Hardin Minor of OMIMEO completes the picture, bringing his own Oz magic!
