Overview
Back by popular demand for two performances, the Union County Playmakers presents the interactive Mystery Picnic Theatre production of Abra-ca-Stab-ya! October 13th and 27th.
A world-renowned illusionist and magician returns home to perform at a star-studded Halloween costume party. He disappears in a cloud of smoke then shortly after his disappearance, a muffled explosion is heard and police report that the famous entertainer is dead!
Your job, solve the crime!
The space opens at 6:00 for socializing and enjoying your culinary delights. That’s right, bring a full picnic basket, or pick up something along the way. A delicious variety of wines is available for purchase from the Treehouse Vineyards. Around 7:00 you will be introduced to the international murder suspects and begin your interrogation! Come in costume if you like. Quite by magic someone will win the costume prize!
Performance space is a covered outdoor pavilion with tables for 8, 6, 4 and 2. Dress for open-air comfort, rain or shine.
