Overview

Been humpin' it since '09. 5 CDs, lots of road trips in a van with two toppers and a trailer and a road-dog named Nicko. Nicko is very cute and we hope to teach him how to play an instrument... pretty positive our fanbase would increase exponentially if we could get that lil' guy on stage. It is important that we also mention Mr. Jakey Alex Wright - he is road-dog #2 and is a floppier version of the Nickster.  As some of you may know, we recently went through a personnel change. We are now working with drummer Billy Thommes. Billy has a dog too. Sugar. We might bring her on the road - she's challenging the other two's cuteness. Billy came into the band just in time for multiple early morning school outreach programs... in International Falls. The first morning, one of our vehicles didn't even start. It was good training for us all!.. Come to find that the day Governor Dayton canceled school for the whole state, International Falls would have actually been in school. Their cut off is... wait for it... -40 degrees. Mmmhmm.  We like to quote Team America and The Three Amigos and Spaceballs. "YOU pick that up!" Yeah, nobody knows that line, but it's one of Lisi's favorites from Spaceballs. Question - how can it be that so few people think Spaceballs is as funny as Lisi thinks it is?! Seriously?!? It's SO good! Don't know what Billy likes to quote yet, but he did recently post a quote from Animal House on Facebook, so we're confident quotes will be understood with no explanations needed.  Okay, you've read this far, so maybe you want to know about what we play. We play music. And... scene. We kid, we kid, we joke with you! We call our genre:  JAZZGRASS ART-ROCK  It's quite an accurate description of the band. We're all over the place and that's how we like it.
