Beatles Tribute Night

Overview

More than two decades ago, John Tosco invited a few of his musician friends for an informal song circle/jam session in his living room.  Through the years, and largely by word of mouth, the Tosco Music Parties have grown in size and scope.  What began in Tosco’s living room soon moved on to larger venues.  Sponsored by Knight Foundation, this is the 12th annual Beatles Tribute, and it is just like a Tosco Music Party – only all Beatles songs!  The format of the evening is a performance of one song by each of a variety of approximately 15 scheduled acts. The evening is an eclectic mix of all styles of music and includes Tosco’s trademark singalongs.  Tosco Music Parties, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been enhancing Charlotte’s community through music for over 25 years. In addition to the family-friendly musical events, TMP coordinates outreach that includes fundraising for youth music scholarships. www.ToscoMusicParty.org
