Immersed in Ingredients: An evening of food & libations

Overview

Experience an evening of ingredient driven food & libations showcasing dishes and cocktails that feature the same ingredients. Cocktails will be crafted at your table while you enjoy the multi course bites and pairings.

Tickets sales end 24hrs before the event starts and no tickets will be sold at the events.

1st Course
- 10 HR Shortrib, cheerwine mustard, cucumber pickles, and herbs
- Cornbread Pudding, pickles jalapeno jam, cherry tomato salad, cilantro, and honey butter
-- Paired with Barrel Aged Ferrari

2nd Course
- Whole roasted snapper, smoked over applewood and magnolia leaves, barrel baked cherry hot sauce, and peach chow chow
-- Paired with Barrel Aged Boulevardier

3rd Course
- Orange Watermelon BBQ Chicken Wings, citrus watermelon, and BBQ sauce
-- Paired with Barrel Aged Old Fashioned

1.  All ticket sales will end 24hrs prior to each Crave Charlotte event to allow restaurants to plan for social distanced approved seating

2. Face masks will be required at check in and anytime you are away from your assigned seating

3. Groups of friends larger than six will not be permitted to sit at the same table

4. Tickets are limited to 50% capacity for each restaurant to accommodate health guidelines 

5. Restaurants are following sanitation guidelines
