Provide Proof of Vaccination OR Negative COVID-19 Test All guests over the age of 12 attending Charlotte Ballet performances at Blumenthal Performing Arts Center are required to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test. Documentation may be printed or digital and must be accompanied by photo ID. For patrons under the age of 18, photo IDs are preferred but not required as long as the accompanying parent or guardian has appropriate photo ID. Fully vaccinated is defined as at least 14 days after the second of a two-dose of an FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine, or 14 days after a single dose COVID-19 vaccine of an FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine. Those unable to be vaccinated may document a negative test result with a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours, or a negative result Rapid Antigen test taken within 24 hours. Tests must state the date and time of the test, type of test and negative result and match the photo ID. Children under the age of 12 do not have to provide proof of vaccination or negative test but are required to be masked at all times and be accompanied by an adult who is fully vaccinated or has proof of negative test as outlined above. All guests age 2 and above are required to wear face mask.
