Overview
They were a HIT at Charlotte SHOUT! in 2019 and now they’re back—and even bigger and better—in 2021. The bunnies of INTRUDE are calling First Ward Field (next to First Ward Park) their home this year, made possible by our friends at Levine Properties. They’re ready to make you smile, inspire and offer an amazing backdrop for all your photo ops.
We hope you enjoy this magnificent art installation with your friends and family, socially distanced and safely. Enjoy them during the day or at night, illuminated in stark white light. Just remember—please be nice to them and treat them like they’re real bunnies.
INTRUDE was created by Australian artist Amanda Parer and is presented as a gift to our city by Blumenthal Performing Arts. INTRUDE is FREE and tickets are not required, so hop on over to Uptown Charlotte before the bunnies jump to a new home.
