South End Hops Fest Beer Dinner

Overview

Chef Robert Hoffman of Angeline's Charlotte invites you to our first annual South End Hops Festival Beer Dinner.

6 courses all paired with the wonderful brews of Triple C Brewing Company

1. Zest-A-Peel-Bohemian Pilsner paired with Carpaccio Di Tonna- Meyer Lemon Sorbet, Pickled Asparagus, Heirloom Cherry Tomato, Compressed Cucumber

2. Sal’s Paradise Saison paired with Charcuterie for the Table-Toulouse, Country Pate, Rilette, and Finocchionna served with grilled breads, spreads, and jams.

3. Golden Boy Blonde Ale paired with Rabbit Carbonara- Braised Rabbit Legs, Pancetta, Asparagus, Mushroom, Pea Shoots, Hen Yolk

4. Grill Friend paired with charred Monkfish Tail, Ramp Salsa Verde, Chickpea, Citrus Aioli

5. 3C IPA paired with Porchetta stuffed with Calabrian Sausage and Spinach, Creamy Polenta, Carved Tableside

6. Dessert: Chef's choice
